Bulk Email - Newsletter - New Look! 10-02-2024

Templates tab: A template tabs is a list of all the templates that you can create or have created and these can be used for any campaigns that you want to send in bulk to your patients. We recommend using the Newsletter tab to send these templates.

Send Simple Email: The Send Simple Email option lets you send plain text emails without any formatting. It’s perfect for sending straightforward messages or for running test emails

Analytics/Log: In this section, you can check your email open rates, click rates, and delivery status. You’ll also be able to see any bounced emails. It provides a comprehensive report on the success of your email sends.

Newsletter: The "Newsletter" tab lets you send any of your email campaigns or templates to your patients at your chosen time and date, with the option to schedule them for the future. You can target specific patients, based on patient conditions or simply use a saved email list. We highly recommend using this tab for all your email communications.
