Copy Paste Cut Update 02-27-24

Hi, this is Kevin from FX Med Support. In this video, I'll be introducing the new update to the Cerbo Automator system. I'll show you how to use the copy, paste, and cut features in automation number 2591. This update allows you to easily duplicate nodes or entire branches, making it more efficient to create optimized flows. I'll also demonstrate how to remove nodes and subtrees. 0:02 Hello, this is Kevin with Fx Med Support and today I want to show the new update to the Cerbo Automator system and that is the introduction of Copy, paste and cut and so we're going to go to automation number two five nine one (2591).

0:16 We're going to open that automation up and kind of show you all the features and how it works. It's pretty intuitive and you should probably get it pretty quick.

0:25 So this is an automation that when an event happens we do some actions and we wait a period of time.

0:32 And then we add a tag and it starts communicating with the patient depending what the patient does. The admin oversight goes and does what it does.

0:43 And, so at this exact moment, you're kind of like this wait 60 days, wait 120 days and most likely you'd probably create this same path.

0:56 Because this is probably an optimized flow. And so just to show you that we can now copy and paste and cut and paste.

1:04 Whether it's an individual node or an entire branch. And so I'm going to quickly go ahead and just copy this node.

1:14 And I'm going to paste this node right here. 60 days. What if, you know and maybe we go ahead right here and we do 180 days.

1:27 We're going to make a brand new one. So 180 days. And let's say at this wait for 120 days we want to copy this entire branch.

1:46 So we can go ahead and right click and copy the subtree. So anything with that node and below and now we can right paste or right click and paste and you can see that now we have the tag portal message push notification even that 120 day branch.

2:04 Okay. And let's go ahead and so we're right here right at the we need to wait for 20 days and we need to bring these in, so you can do that many ways.

2:24 Now. We're going, you can right click and copy just that node or even the subtree, and we can right click here and paste that subtree.

2:40 I don't know if you need all this so you can come in you can remove what else can you also do you can just come in here and maybe we can just right click and cut this node or the subtree.

2:58 And you can paste it somewhere else we also can come in and remove and remove. Okay. So just show me an example of how we can use copy, cut and paste.

3:14 Let's go ahead and cut the entire subtree and let's go ahead and paste that subtree. So just wanted to give you an example of the new feature.
