0:02:45 because it didn't even make any of our of our documentation yet is that inside the legacy automator in our application for the task section you now can connect that to uhm task priority type and I know theres only one practice in all of our 300 and something integrations that actually cares about that

0:07:27 mouse click on all of our main automations there were five of them you can watch all of these being built uhm you can now see on the left hand side that we have descriptions and tags there is a limitation so right now the character is 191 characters we're going to increase it uhm and so for giggles right

0:07:52 now we're just going to copy and put this in uhm in the description for those of you that don't know what this automation is is this is what we consider yes conditional logicking with admin oversight and what that means is were not using standard conditional logicking which is when this happens go and

0:09:39 items you can come to the right hand side and post to community so I've successfully posted to the community now every practice inside of the fx med support system that logs into their visual automator and any practice can do this right now and we'll even show you as a demonstration but you can go to

0:10:00 the community template page and you'll see that we have a new group called main automations so that tag that we use to identify our automation we use that to group as of right now were using one tag eventually we'll probably add a few tags so that we can do some good advanced searching but when we open

0:10:22 it up we can go ahead and see that the automation that I created for that FXMED support created is now available for practices now I can import it but its the same as cloning because I own the automation I have the ability to edit now I can actually say that you all have the ability to edit what you

0:17:23 of you know i dont know but i thank you for that this is its my biggest part that makes i think servo difficult for medical practices and that is you all dont know of all of the updates that are being made in servo by all of the four thousand uhm servo you know integrated practices uhm and so whenever

0:17:52 you have a an idea or you have a frustration in inside the servo system a lot of times speaking from my viewpoint I think that you providers are feeling kind of alone that you're unique nobody else nobody else wishes servo had a button here or nobody wishes that you know if youre on the schedule page

0:18:12 and your schedules too big that you can press a button that can collapse left and right side tabs so you can get a bigger schedule thats actually a servo feature if youre a practice that has you know a bunch of providers and you have a big schedule system and youd like to be able to look at the schedule

0:18:30 page but not see the left column or the right column you simply just have to email servo and say can you turn that feature on the problem is that feature is not documented anywhere so you you most of the time and you being the medical practices you feel like youre the only one thats ever experienced

0:18:49 that issue because theres no where to go look oh if you have this problem like we can add this feature uhm I know why servo doesnt do it because its really hard to manage all the custom features uhm and so rather than us having to manage custom templates and push templates I fully was able to acknowledge

0:19:10 the and say why dont we just make you all in charge of it so anytime you do something you can share it with the community uhm we are about one week maybe two weeks away from the same exact thing for bulk email and the email templates is uhm were in the process of going and creating a bunch of new templates

0:21:54 Let me go ahead and talk about one that I created that were in the process of updating our system so that it can be more powerful knowing that we have listeners and we listen to every mouse click we have the ability to talk to our patients very intelligently and so one of one of the clients I I have

0:22:17 and they're basically my family I love modern thyroid out of Austin Texas McCall McPherson is one of the most just brilliant minds I've ever met they they send a lot of prescriptions via ERX and most of the time historically throughout the years they would send a message to the patient when that patient

0:22:42 had a prescription sent to the pharmacy it would say weve sent your prescription to blank pharmacy contact blank pharmacy and see when your prescription is available for pickup well we realized that doesnt work because now they have some programs and they have specialized medicine semi glutide being

0:23:04 one of them that the patients dont go pick up in the pharmacy so we need intelligent messaging to talk to the patient and so we were able to realize that when you use the ERX system we are doing whats called ERX log modify and I'm showing you this because I think it's ah something that all practices

0:23:36 now will have the ability to do and we're getting ready to update this to make it even more powerful so because inside all of the coding that gets sent so when we look at our servo community its gonna send us lines and lines of code but inside that well actually be able to find the name of the medicine

0:23:56 so we can now build conditional logic in being that when we send a portal message to the patient uhm or sorry when we when we send a an ERX log we can now go look to see what what is the medicine what's the name of the medication or any particular metadata and we can send the portal message that because
