If you’re having trouble sharing your calendar with specific people and when sharing access with us to start your Google Calendar Integration, it’s likely due to incorrect settings. Only an admin can make the necessary changes.
Follow these steps to enable external sharing for your primary calendar:
1- Log in as Admin
- Ensure you are logged in with an admin account.


2- Access Google Workspace and go to Calendar Settings
- Navigate to your Google Workspace dashboard.
- Click on "Apps."
- Select "Google Workspace."
- Choose "Calendar."



3- Enable External Sharing
- Locate the option for "External Sharing" under the settings for your primary calendar.
- Turn on external sharing to allow others to view and make changes to events.

Note: If you have secondary calendars, repeat the process for each one to enable external sharing as needed.
