Hey there! I received a really good question from a support ticket and I wanted to share the answer with you. When the FX MedSupport Automator system sends out emails, we send it from a certain address. If you're on a pro or elite, we can send it from your actual email address. If you're on Basic, we mask ours so that it looks like yours. But if you are on a pro or elite, you can go to app settings and then right in the reply to, you will see the email address that is used for the reply to email address. The send as is one that we create, we created when we integrated your accounts. If you have any questions, please reach out to support. Again, you would go ahead and open up the FX med support inside Serbo. Go to app settings. And in general settings, you'll see the reply to email. Hope this helps!
