0:01 Hello. It is with great excitement that we announced this newest feature to our messenger pro and custom patient portal applications.

0:10 It is called limited, um, options and how it works is it now turns your app into a complete membership style app that you can control from your side.

0:22 So we're going to quickly go ahead and launch Oliver right here on the right hand side. And that's going to pull up our integrations inside Serbo with we have our new improved look.

0:33 You can see, we have our, um, contact, um, solutions at the top, but right now we're going to scroll to the bottom and we're going to look for messenger pro limited options, and we're going to turn it on or click it.

0:45 And you can see that right now it's turned off. Um, and there is this on the left-hand side will be all of the menu items that are in your app.

0:55 Now at the end of this week, we'll have a section at the bottom here that will allow you to add menu items.

1:03 So this will be completely customizable and expandable, and you'll be able to add a new menu item and it will be visible here.

1:11 So what we're going to do right now is turn on limited option and hit save, and go ahead and close the menu and reopen it.

1:18 And so the, the application is now turned on. If you ever see this tag all including future tags, this lets you know that this menu item, so the home will be visible for every single patient in your practice.

1:35 No matter what, let's go ahead and remove the secure message tab. Okay? So we're going to remove it and now hit save.

1:46 And so if we come right back here and close the menu and then reopen it secure, the secure message feature disappeared.

1:55 So you see, we can, we can remove items from everybody. Now let's go one step further. Let's pay attention to what tags James has.

2:04 So James has an admin tag. So what we're going to do is now remove appointments and we're going to add admin tag right here for secure messages.

2:14 So secure messages should come back, but appointments should be deleted or I shouldn't say deleted should be hidden. So we're going to, we're going to close this and secure messages should be back, but appointments should be hidden.

2:28 And there you go. And now we're going to quickly add PPQ, send as aid, um, as a tag

2:38 And we're going to close this and open it and we should see an entire, um, menu structure again. And there we go.

2:45 Appointments is brought back. So you can see that you can add tags that make, um, make a menu option visible for all your patients.

2:53 Always, it will also allow you to make different menu items, only visible to a certain, uh, um, group of your patients that you want.

3:04 And with the expandable menu options, you now can have unlimited menu links and have those be visible to the patients you choose.
