- Enter your CERBO Admin Credentials
You are now logged into the App

- Search for a Patient
- Call History

- SMS History

Select User
- Phone Lines Selected
- Call information
- Make New Dial Call
This is where Admin User Log-out is located
This is the ability to send a SMS message to a individual number. Probably won't be used very often because if you're going to SMS a patient there is a better way to do it and that's to get inside the patient and then click SMS.
This is how you can do an organic dial to a number by selecting what number you'd like to call from and then dialing that number again if you're trying to connect the patient you're probably gonna go to the patient profile and then just select one of their numbers, which will automatically call them
