The Unhold functionality allows you to unhold a call and transfer it to the appropriate provider or team member. Rather than having a line automatically assigned to you, this feature gives you the flexibility to choose the line you want to manage and the person you want to transfer the call to.


You select the line you want to manage: The system won’t automatically assign you to a held call. You will always have the option to select the line you want to handle.
Dropdown Menu: Use the dropdown menu to choose the appropriate provider to transfer the call to, ensuring the right person receives the call.
Managing Multiple Held Calls: If multiple calls are on hold, you can choose which call to resume or transfer at any time.
