Here’s a video that shows how client can set up customer groups for different products categories visibility per group and add discount etc to different groups

Inside the FxMedSupport Bluebox app you can add mapping for cerbo tags to BigCommerce customer groups. You can add customer group against each cerbo tags

By pressing the button at the top of the mapping page you can sync all existing BigCommerce customer’s groups

• When the sync button is pressed, we sync all Cerbo patients to big commerce and assign customer groups based on tags. If multiple tags assigned to patient are mapped then we assign the latest applied tag customer group

• Whenever a tag is assigned to a patient on cerbo, If the tag has a mapping with a customer group added in our app. We check if a customer exists for this patient in bigCommerce, If yes we assign the tag’s mapped customer group to the customer inside bigcommerce. If customer does not exist we create the customer and add the customer group

• Whenever a tag is removed from patient then we check if that tag has a mapping we remove that customer group from the bigcommerce customer and then add customer group based on remaining tags, If multiple tags assigned to patient with mapping we assign the one that’s applied latest
