In this video, I walk you through the CERBO Happy Birthday Notification System. I explain how to set it up, including syncing the patient and creating age ranges for personalized messages. You can choose to send messages via text, portal, email, or push notification. Once the system is turned on, it will automatically send happy birthday notifications every day at 10:30 AM local time. Check out the log tab to see the messages being sent.
