Words

00:00 Hello and welcome to this very exciting Wednesday, February 7th connection for FX Med Support. We're very excited to announce some of our new features and connections for our community.

00:17 I'll go ahead and just hit pause for a few minutes and wait for some more people to join and we'll go ahead and get started in just a few moments.

00:28 Okay so we're gonna go ahead and get started on this Wednesday connection and the very first thing we're gonna do is we're gonna jump in and show you some of the updates to the FXMedSupport website.

00:41 So first thing we're gonna do is from our home page we have the Unleash the 5 Steps to Supercharge Your Cerebral Practice.

00:48 We're gonna open that in a new tab and look at that in a second. We also want to go to our our support link and hover over support and click on the support page.

00:59 And something that we are excited to show you is that we now have our weekly classes and we've introduced a new weekly class.

01:08 So today we're in the Wednesday connection. We want to show you that we now have a Thursday connection as well as our Friday connection.

01:17 So FX Med Support and myself are really trying to just offer a lot of availability for the community to be able to connect with us in real time, ask questions about our system, ask questions to other community members, and grow and learn from each other.

01:33 So we're extremely excited to announce that our weekly classes now have a Thursday connection. Can't make any of the connections?

01:43 We have the connection question. We'll be renaming this soon and just have it be for connection questions. So in case you can't make it, if you have any questions, We'll go ahead and answer this in one of our Wednesday, Thursday or Friday connections and we'll send you the video link as well as the date

02:04 and timestamp for the answer. Our support video page is growing each and every day. Most times when a support ticket is sent in to us, we will reply with a knowledge-based answer so that you can not only read our reply, but also have a video to be able to watch.

02:36 Some exciting announcements that we're really happy to bring to you all are mainly going to be around our new Visual Automator.

02:43 So I'm going to go ahead and load the Visual Automator. And the first introduction that I want to bring is the Legacy Automation Convert to New Visual.

02:56 Automation. So I'm going to go ahead and select the Legacy Automation tab. And I'm going to go ahead and try to find a Friday Connection.

03:04 Or sorry, go ahead and try to find a. In a are a an automation that we've done in Legacy. And let's go ahead and see if we can't convert this to a, uhm, Visual Automator.

03:24 So, the first thing I'm going to do is turn it off. Yes, the system will, Automatically deactivate once you do this, but I like to just turn it off.

03:32 And we're going to go ahead and hit this new button. The new button is this convert button. And I'm going to go ahead and hit the button.

03:38 It's going to say, are you sure you want to convert this? I'm going to say yes, and something went wrong.

03:43 Contact support. That's never good. Let's go ahead and try this one. So we'll go ahead and try 1453. There's a chance that I've already done that one and that's the error.

04:00 And that's just not the right message we want to come back. Okay. So you can see that we did convert automation 1453 to new automation 2366.

04:10 So most likely I've already converted this one and uhm I just needed a better error message. Like, automation's already been converted.

04:20 Let's go ahead and find our new automator that we did inside our visual automation system. So if we come we should be able to look.

04:32 For the automation that was just added. And yes, so I had already done that other one. And here we go, this is our visual automation from our legacy.

05:16 And if we were to add a description to the automation and then add a tag, we would be able to push this to our community template.

05:27 Let's go ahead and actually find a automation. And you know what? These are the ones that we've talked about continuing to add and edit.

05:40 Uhm, let's go ahead and do, let's go in d***. This admin oversight. And it's already in the main automations. Did we already push that one?

06:02 Okay, we've already done that one. So let's go back and we'll push the other ones. So, This is a Schedule Create with Yes Conditional Logic-ing.

06:17 So we'll add that right here. And we- We want to go ahead and add a tag, and the tag is main automation.

06:48 And we're gonna save changes. And because we've now added. Because we've now added both a description and a tag, we can come to the system and post it to the community.

07:11 Now it can come to the community. Template area, and you can see that now Practices will be able to import.

07:20 I'm going to go back into our system and do that for a few of them. We're also going to start doing it for Appointment Created, Add Tag.

07:32 Let's go ahead and do that one right now. So let's first edit this. And so what is this? This automation is built so when a sket, when a, and you know what.

07:44 This automation is built so that when an appointment is created we can add a tag in order to trigger a questionnaire or form.

07:56 And this would be, And we'll do schedule create. And we're going to go ahead and save changes. And let's go ahead and push that to the community.

08:30 Now, let's go ahead and push the form submission. So we also have, oh wait, that's really, ooh. Okay, I want to, I want to edit this name.

08:43 So that I can come back to it. I was looking for this. Okay. We're going to go save changes. So here we go.

08:58 Let's, we're going to open up 2119. So this is when a form is submitted. We want to remove the tag that makes that questionnaire available.

09:09 And then we want to add the signed version of that tag. We want to make the form go away. But then still have in our records.

09:17 So let's add a description. This automation is for the ability to identify when a questionnaire is submitted. We can remove the tag that loads that questionnaire and replace it with the signed version of that tag.

09:40 We'll probably call this I don't know that, like a good tag, other than Form Submit Remove Tag? And let's go push that.

10:23 Let's go look at those templates real quick. And now your practices would be able to come in and download these.

10:35 Import them into your build. Let's go back and talk about that one that I said come back to because we need to rename it but we also need to talk about what's going on here because it's pretty complex.

10:53 So what we have here is a document was created. And the idea around this particular document creation was going to be uhm I just made up the name but I believe it was for the MSQ.

11:09 And so the MSQ would come in. And because the system would identify that the MSQ came in, they would remove the tag that makes the MSQ available and they'd probably add MSQ 1 because the patient's now completed it for the first time.

11:25 They want to go ahead and wait 60 days. Go ahead and trigger the tag that makes the MSQ form available and they're going to send a message to the patient, send a push notification to the patient and they're going to go ahead and see what's going on.

11:44 To hopefully the patient does what they need to. They also built an admin oversight channel which allows the system to wait, so now they said wait for 60 days, then wait 2 weeks.

12:00 2 more days, go look at the patient, does he still have the tag that would make that form visible? If so, we want to go ahead and uhm create a task for the admin.

12:16 We need to go ahead and talk to this patient and let them know that we need them to do the MSQ.

12:23 Uhm, let's say the tag's not there, oh my gosh what a great patient, you're probably going to send them the email that says great job, amazing job.

12:32 We can't wait to see you, and then in 120 days they said they wanted to repeat the MSQ. So let's come back in here and let's save this.

12:47 Let's go back. Go ahead and clone it. And now let's edit it. And the reason I cloned it is because, Because this is one that we worked on in a prior class and I don't want to edit that one.

13:12 So I want to just clone it so I can come back in this and let's rename this for what it's supposed to be.

13:20 The idea for this was a document, create, msq, auto-notify, auto, re, load, form, in, 60, and 120 days, description. This is an automation that works with document create.

14:06 It allows the system to automatically remove the tag that makes the document or form visible. It then starts a communication and form redo at 60 and 120 days.

14:36 I'm going to edit this because this is supposed to be 120 days. And this would be form submit. Remove, maybe form submit, auto reload, auto, I don't know how to say like, redo the form.

15:12 I'm not good with the tags or categories yet, we'll edit them and change them soon. Auto reload form. And let's save changes.

15:31 And now, let's go find that. Hmmm Where'd it go? There, it's right here. Let's go ahead and post to community.

16:21 Okay, let's go look at our community template. And we're starting to get form submit, auto-reload form, form submit, remove tags.

16:38 Schedule create, add the tag, that makes the form visible, our main automations. So we're really starting to get some community templates going.

16:48 We also have the ability for you to search by event, maybe, maybe you want to look for anything, any automations that have to do with patient create, I don't think we have any built yet, but you can do that, uhm, let's say that you really like a practice and they're building good automations, you can

17:06 search for their practice, uhm, you can search for tags and words and descriptions, so really trying to get a good search feature for our community template system.

17:20 For you all. Uhm Let's go ahead and continue with our visual automations and pushing some of them to uhm You know which one I want to push to the community template is I'm gonna first clone this one Let's go edit it, and change this, and because it's really just ErxLog So it's Erx for semi-glutide custom

18:49 message to patient. Now there was somebody that was in our chat, and we really tried to help them with how to build this, and they were very very humble and they really helped us, uhm, or they were nice because they realized it's difficult to sometimes do automation build in chat because of the sensitive

19:11 information. This automation allows you to look at the ERX fax log modified, be able to find the specific medication, class of medication, pharmacy, or any of the metadata that pertains to that prescription.

19:28 And send a custom message to your patient based off of that prescription sent. And maybe every time you send a medication, historically you would say, hey, go to the pharmacy and pick it up.

19:52 Well, what if now you've got medications that are being custom compounded and they get shipped to the patient? Rather than your admin having to figure out what is the best method or what is the best message this time, you can just have the system automatically send the message to the patient that is

20:12 associated to either the type of medication, pharmacy, or class of medication that they are uhm doing. And so this would be a, this would be a custom message to patient based off of Rx medication.

20:51 Hit save change. Let's go find that. ERX semi-glutide. Let's go ahead. Let's go and post to community. So, one of the good things is that now that we have our upgraded systems, we can create automations and just automatically push them inside your build.

21:52 We also can push to the, the main community templates. So we're getting really excited that our, our work doesn't have to be re, redone.

22:05 We can just push it to you all or you can download it and, continue to move forward with, with building automations.

22:19 Try to think if we have, some other updates that we can talk about just in the last few minutes. And I think just we'll end today with saying please continue to come to our video support page to look at all of our videos.

22:54 We'll continue to add more and more as we go. Uhm, and oh we didn't talk about the unleashing, unleashing FX Medsport, the 5 easy steps to supercharge your servo practice.

23:08 So to me, uhm eh. Number one is, uhm, and we have to update this already because it's now the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday connection, uhm.

23:22 And so honestly that's the best, is if you're feeling stuck in any way, shape or form with servo FX Medsport.

23:28 Or anything to do with your medical practice. The best thing you can do is come join our community and hang out with us and ask some questions.

23:37 Uhm. After that, I would say let's leverage some of the setup and forget applications. The applications inside FXMedSupport that once you turn on and you set up your configurations, you pretty much can just forget them because the system will go ahead and uhm just continue to do them.

23:59 Happy Birthday. Order notification system, patient re-engagement system, auto encounter with auto chart prep and now our uhm suggested action update, auto reply portal messaging system.

24:16 So the set and forget applications are, are really important. Then we're gonna say let's talk about what are some of the automations you can do that are just super high powered.

24:27 And usually we start with small and build. And you can schedule a support appointment. We're more than happy to dive into this.

24:34 You can actually just say hey go build it for me and we'll do that as well. So unleashing the power of the automator is a huge advantage when you are connecting and leveraging Serbo.

24:48 The Portal Messenger Pro for Android and iOS as well as with the admin login is just a great way to keep your patients very connected to your practice.

25:01 Have your admins be able to stay connected to your patients. Uhm, all in all, a lot of this got started because we just wanted to connect more with our patients and that desire grew.

25:15 We then have our, you wish Serbo did it? Just come talk to us. So, everything that FX MedSupport has created is because we either saw a shortcoming or a leverage that we could do within the Serbo system or a provider and or someone from a provider's clinic came and said we really wish Serbo did this.

25:36 Serbo said they can't do it but Serbo said come talk to FX MedSupport because FX MedSupport can do anything. And uhm really that's how this just happens.

25:45 So very excited to work with all of you and and create your desires. Of what you wish Serbo did. Uhm so these are the five steps that we think if you can if you can do these five steps you'll just start really supercharging your practice.

26:03 I want to say thank you so much for spending time with us today. Uhm this is Kevin with FX MedSupport.
