In this video, I will walk you through the Gravity Form integration feature in our FXMed Support system. I will explain how to import forms from your WordPress website into the Servo patient portal, create patient registration forms, and map the questions between Cerbo and Gravity Forms. I will also show you how to import forms directly from the patient page and discuss the upcoming launch of our visual automator.

0:02 Welcome to fxmed support gravity form integration if you have a wordpress website you might use the form builder gravity form if so we have an integration into our servo system using the gravity form integration when you when you launch the application you'll see that we have three tabs our import tab

0:26 our patient registration form tab and our settings tab we're quickly going to go to the settings tab and just talk about it this allows you to use gravity form import on registration so what this means is if your user has already filled out forms on your website when they register in your servo these

0:54 forms will automatically import from your gravity form wordpress website into servo patient portal create them as a document and load them into that patient portal for you.

1:08 We also do have a patient registration form. This allows you to turn a gravity form into a servo registration. Registration form that's an option as well uhm let's go to that patient registration form you can see that we have a dummy one and we can go ahead and open it and we have some questions and

1:35 you'd map the questions on the left hand side with the gravity form questions so servos on the left gravity forms on the right and youre gonna wanna map these forms uhm youd select which which one is your registration and lets find that registration one doesnt look like we have that registration form

2:08 available anymore but you'd select which form is your registration and load it here when they register do you want to add any tags whats their status how do you want to bring them in maybe active inactive perspective uhm we can go ahead and load and add some fields inside of our auto encounter so that

2:58 can just launch the gravity form system And if you're on a patient page and you know they have filled out a form You can go and select that form and hit import And it will go talk to your system And if it finds that form it will go ahead and import it into the patient portal uhm part of Serbo where you
