  1. Verify User in Cerbo: First, make sure that the new team member’s user profile is correctly set up in Cerbo.
  2. Update Information: Our system syncs periodically throughout the day with the data from Cerbo. If you need to see any new information in the FxMed Support apps immediately, simply click the refresh button. This will prompt our system to pull in the latest data from Cerbo.
