 I'll show you how to connect your resource calendar to a Zoom account so that you can virtualize appointments. If you have a resource in your schedule system with appointments that you want to be virtualized, you can easily connect it to a Zoom account. Simply open up your system and go to your Zoom integration. Enter the Zoom resource mapping and put the email associated with the Zoom account you want to connect to. Hit save changes and you're all set! In the future, any virtual or Zoom appointments will be automatically connected. Hope this helps!
