HubSpot Bi-Directional Integration Tutorial 01-11-24

In this video, I provide an overview of the FXMed Support Cerbo HubSpot Bi-Directional Integration. I explain the different tabs and settings involved in the integration process, including field mapping, tag mapping, and appointment mapping. I also discuss how to create properties in HubSpot and sync them with Servo. By the end of the video, you will have a clear understanding of how the integration works and how to set it up. 0:02 Hello and welcome to the FXMed Support Serbo HubSpot Bi-Directional Integration Tutorial. So you see we've got FXMed Support open already, we're gonna go ahead and go to our custom Serbo HubSpot.

0:16 Integration and you see that we have a few tabs, weve got our settings tab, our patient field mapping tab, priorities mapping tab, our tags mapping, appointments mapping type, events template mapping.

0:32 Ok so we have to one turn this on we have to enable the HubSpot activity and you dont need to do that but thats what brings in when the integration gets going thats what starts bringing in all of the real time data so you can start tracking in real time data inside HubSpot uhm and the API app access

0:55 token key that you get from with inside your sorry within your HubSpot system youd get that by going to the settings tab and going to your integration and then API I'm not going to show that button because it will show me my key so we're going to quickly go back and we're going to be looking at our McTab

And sorry and were going to come to the next tab and that's the patient field mapping and what this does is this is how we sync our servo fields with our HubSpot fields and so you would need to sync these and your HubSpot field might not have everything you might have to go create a few HubSpot

1:46 fields inside your uhm. Like is there a home phone that I could be syncing to? No uhm and so you go down and you start matching all of these and so they sync when you uhm when you get a patient in servo you can create them inside your HubSpot and you match and create and sync you need to create our property

2:26 mappings now uhm you need to go into your HubSpot and you need to create two properties I don't know why I keep clicking that uhm you need to view all properties and then you need to manage properties and create two new properties and the two new properties you are going to need to create are going to

2:52 be ServoTags so that we can sync tags and ServoAppointmentTypes so we can sync ServoAppointmentTypes once you've created those properties inside HubSpot uhm and we can have a deeper tutorial on the exact steps on how to do all of that uhm once you create those and the API keys are setup you come here

3:16 and you select those tags right here, you sync the AppointmentTypes, you sync TagTypes, wait just a few moments and you should come into your tag menu.

3:28 Mapping and you should see all of your servo tags are mapped with a new HubSpot property so we'll go and create brand new HubSpot properties so we can start adding the tags inside the events field when they just get added we also have the same exact field for our appointment mapping type servo appointments

3:53 we created the properties inside HubSpot when you're using your event mapping you can edit the content that gets posted inside the event mapping once this is all set up as your patients are just going through their day to day servo life they're normal flow as a patient we'll start updating their activities

4:20 with uhm with different events that are happening inside servo maybe adding tags or moving tags appointments that you can see all the appointments they've ever had as they're going through uhm the life cycle of a patient you'd be able to witness all of that information inside the patient as well as inside
