In this FX Med support video tutorial, I will guide you through our bi-directional integration into the Zoom platform. I will explain the main tabs and features, such as Zoom notification, Zoom setting, Zoom account links, Zoom resource mapping, and join meeting. I will also show you how to schedule appointments and set up notifications. No action is required from you, but this video will provide important context for our Zoom integration.

0:02 Welcome to an FX Med support video tutorial on our bi-directional integration into the Zoom platform. So here we're going to go ahead and load our application and click on the Zoom integration.

0:15 And we, We've got a few main tabs at the top, we have our Zoom notification, our Zoom setting, our Zoom account links, our Zoom resource mapping, and a join meeting which is from a legendary leg- legacy system Now when an appointment is scheduled.

0:35 We have our very very first appointment schedule Notification and how do you want to send this notification by email push notification portal message or text message?

0:47 24 hours hours out we have our default reminder and you can send that by email push notification portal message or text message you also can set up as many as many additional reminders to get sent to your patient with as many time frequencies as you want and you can always choose email push notification

1:18 portal message or text message So the very first part of our zoom integration opens the zoom notification tab where you can see we have our placeholders at the top and This is the initial notification.

1:32 How do you want it sent? We have a default notification sent 24 hours before the appointment, but you can create as many as you want you can also adjust the time Should your time frequencies be different?

1:50 Let's go into our zoom setting because this is Kind of an important one It really talks about are you going to use the legacy Uhm Keywords And if you open up our window right here We have some legacy keywords Uhm And they are Video, Zoom, Virtual, or Telemedicine And that just means that one of these

2:15 words must be in one of the appointment type title In order for it to trigger Uhm We Graduated and updated away from that when we updated it to the appointment types This allows you to select all of your servo appointment types That you want to trigger a Zoom appointment Regardless if it has a keyword

2:41 in it or not uhm zoom zoom zoom linked accounts now we used to go by our legacy and that was an email and the email in inside your zoom account must match your your servo and that's how so this is the zoom and we would have to match the servo account we upgraded to that when we went to the servo user

3:11 matching and now you can connect to the servo users so you can say that this email account or I'm sorry this zoom account now connects to these servo calendars uhm as opposed to the email of the user uhm should you get a new user in your account you simply can just hit the refresh button right there

3:38 and that lets you pull in your users uhm you can edit your account information here if we want to look at your zoom resource mapping this allows you to do whenever somebody schedules in provider 2 who's zoom account you want to schedule the appointment with and then we have a join meetings tab where

4:06 you can enter a servo meeting from the link to just quickly see we can go see that the these are the appointment types that will trigger a virtual appointment let's go ahead and go to our schedule and let's go to today tomorrow will be a better and lets go right here and do a 45 minute massage I think

5:33 here zoom in so you can see in the notes section lets do hashtag relink and we'll zoom out and lets edit this event and what hashtag relink does is it goes and tells the zoom system we want a new zoom link and we'll go ahead and refresh and well go look in tomorrow and just depending on the speed of
