The Bounced Email Report provides insights into email addresses that failed to receive your messages. This report is essential for tracking delivery issues and identifying any email addresses that may need to be corrected or removed from your system.
How to Access the Bounced Email Report
Navigate to the Analytics/Logs Tab
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Analytics/Logs tab in the main navigation menu.
Click the “Bounced Email Report” Button
- Under the Analytics/Logs tab, you will find the Bounced Email Report button.
- Click on the Bounced Email Report button to access the list of all bounced emails.
