Mind-Body Bi-Directional Integration Tutorial 01-11-24

In this tutorial, I will walk you through the CERBO mind-body bi-directional integration. I will explain how to connect the systems, enable the servo to mind-body and mind-body to servo features, and sync appointment types. This integration allows for real-time syncing of appointments between the mind-body scheduling system and the servo system. 0:01 Hello, this is an example or walkthrough tutorial of our servo mind-body bi-directional integration. We have other videos and you can go watch those as well, but when you come in here we're going to go find our servo mind-body.

1:00 level credentials we don't ever need to see them we can have a way that you can enter this information so that we dont need to see it and then you enter your location once that information is entered you go ahead and have mapping to the system hold on one second so we're going to jump into another mind

1:22 body system that's set up and you can see that we have our mind body to Cerbo appointment types uhm because once that we have our setting our sync we then can come to tab 1 our mind body servo appointment types and you'll see all the mind body appointment types all the appointment types that are in mind

2:17 come down and you can see that we use program mapping so when an appointment is scheduled in the program you can select it to the appropriate servo resource we also have the ability to do rooms and if you're using the rooms uhm and uhm then you would map the room inside mind body to the servo resource

2:50 for scheduling we have our membership mapping this allows you to say if somebody signs up for a membership in mind body you can add a tag we have our servo to mind body mapping and what this is is when an event happens in servo uhm so the first thing you would do is select the default uhm mind body appointment

3:54 And if you were using bi-directional you'd be able to fill out this information maybe an appointment was for servo block and so youd want to put a mind body block appointment.

4:11 So the mind body servo bidirectional calendar integration is meant to be a direct bidirectional sync so when somebody goes to your mind body scheduling system and schedules an appointment that appointment can come in to the servo system in real time.
