Open Order Notification System - Triggers from order creation 06-21-23

I wanted to give you an update on the open order notification system. I received a question about whether the notification triggers off of when the order is scheduled to be completed or when it was created. I found out that currently, the notification triggers off of when the order was created. However, I wanted to let you know that we are updating the system and if you would like the option for it to be triggered off of when it's scheduled, we can add that feature. If you have any questions or would like to request this feature, please let us know.
