Appointment Update Option 03-20-24

In this video, I am excited to share an update on our open order notification system. Previously, the system triggered emails to patients based on the time since the order was created. Now, we have introduced a new option where the trigger is based on the patient's future appointment. This update allows for more flexibility in setting the notification criteria.
