Add by Doc & Add by Charge

The functionality to add products to shopify on document create and charge create will only be enabled when following admin flags are enabled

Once above flags are enabled the new tabs will show inside shopify app

Add Products to Shopify Cart on Doc Create

Turn on the Is Active flag and in Document Name Contains add the keyword the document name will contain. This is important so we can process only the specific documents that contains supplements

Workflow

Once the setting is enabled and doc name is added. Now when this document is created inside Cerbo we parse supplement names from the document and add each supplement to the patient cart that exists inside shopify. The supplement name inside Document must be exactly same as the Shopify Product Name.

If the product already exist in cart quantity is increased and if it’s not found already then added to cart

The Is Active Flag must be enabled for this to work

You can Add/Delete mappings for Cerbo Charge with Shopify Products

When a successful payment charge is created on Cerbo. We get the associated charges with that payment and now find the mappings inside our system for the associated charges. For all the mappings found in our system we get mapped products and create orders in shopify with these products, mark the order paid and close the order.
