Portal Scheduler
We walked through the latest updates to Portal Scheduler including the ability for patients to schedule appointments without logging into Cerbo. We also previewed an exciting upcoming feature that will allow practices to capture credit card information directly during the scheduling process — no third-party payment processor required!
Mobile Form Builder — Coming Next Week!
We gave a sneak peek at a brand new Import from HTML feature launching next week. This will allow you to import your existing Cerbo forms directly into the Mobile Form Builder in seconds — no more manual recreation!
Kanban Board
We did a live walkthrough of the Kanban Board available on Pro and above. Think of it as your own simple version of Trello built right inside FxMedSupport. A bigger and better Kanban upgrade is also coming soon alongside our new CRM system.
Portal Phone System
We covered the Portal Phone system and its latest additions including user-to-user calling and conference calling — all powered by Twilio at a fraction of the cost of traditional phone systems.
Virtual Admin Assistant (VAA) Program
We discussed how Elite clients can leverage our VAA program to hire and train a dedicated virtual admin to help run their practice more efficiently.
