SUMMARY — Community Connection (November 12, 2025)
Kevin welcomed everyone to the Wednesday Community Connection, designed as an open space for Cerbo users to explore, learn, and optimize their system with FXMedSupport. He emphasized that every medical practice has unique needs and that Cerbo, paired with FXMedSupport’s 84-application suite, creates the most powerful and flexible EHR ecosystem available.
The session focused on three key demonstrations and discussions:
Retention Automation (Community Template)
Found inside the Community Template section of FXMedSupport.
Example automation checks if a patient has future appointments; if none are scheduled after certain timeframes (6 months, 1 year, 18 months, etc.), it sends portal messages and eventually marks the patient as inactive after two years.
This helps practices maintain accurate active patient counts, manage Cerbo’s active-patient billing, and keep systems clean and organized.
Inactive patients can still be marketed to using newsletters and tags.
Newsletter and Marketing Automations
Demonstrated how to send newsletters to both active and inactive patients or external email lists (from CSV uploads or website forms).
Showed integration with Gravity Forms, Typeform, Jotform, and GoHighLevel for automated newsletter list updates.
Practices can create automated marketing campaigns targeting specific patient groups (e.g., IV therapy clients or inactive patients) using tags and automation triggers.
Mobile App Updates & “Patient Allocated Time Left” System
Showed new provider-side features like improved task management, appointment viewing, and security (2FA and PIN).
Introduced the “Patient Allocated Time Left” app:
Tracks membership or service-based time allocations (e.g., IV sessions, consultation minutes).
Uses tag mappings and charges to add or deduct time automatically.
Deduction timing (on scheduling, checkout, or status change) will soon be configurable.
Future update will support multiple memberships per patient.
Kevin closed by highlighting upcoming features like biometric security, mobile form builder templates, and ongoing enhancements to the Cerbo + FXMedSupport ecosystem. He encouraged attendees to join Thursday’s Community Connection and continue exploring new automation tools.
