The Cerbo User Manual — Bringing It Back!
We shared the long-awaited Cerbo user manual — a comprehensive guide on how to get the most out of Cerbo, originally written by Kevin and the FxMedSupport team over 10 years ago. You can find it by visiting the FxMedSupport website, scrolling to the footer, clicking Meet the Founder, and navigating to the Bring Back the Cerbo Manual article. A download button fix is also coming very soon!
Optimizing Workflows in Cerbo
Kevin walked through how to maximize efficiency inside Cerbo using a task-based workflow system. Key takeaways included proper document naming conventions, assigning the right tasks to the right team members, and making every mouse click count — so that providers spend time seeing patients, not doing admin work.
Portal Health Insights
We showcased the Portal Health Insight tool which allows you to view your patients' historical lab values over time, overlaid with medications, supplements, and alternate plans — giving you a true patient journey view.
