Steps to Attach a PDF to Your Newsletter

1. Log In and Open the Email System: Log in to your Cerbo system.Navigate to the email system app where
you can manage and create templates.
2. Create or Select Your Email Template: In the email system app, you'll see
various templates available for creating new ones. If you're using an external design tool like Canva to create templates, ensure your template is ready and includes any links or visual elements you desire.
3. Include a Picture of Your PDF: To incorporate your PDF into the
newsletter, take a screenshot or picture of the PDF content. Drag this image into the body of your newsletter template. This image will act as a visual reference for the PDF content.
4. Attach the Actual PDF File: When you are ready to schedule your
newsletter, locate the option to attach a PDF file. Use this feature to upload the actual PDF file that you wish to include. This attachment will be linked to the image or reference you included in your template.
5. Schedule Your Newsletter:

    • Go to the "Schedule Newsletter" tab.
    • Select the newsletter template you have prepared.
    • Choose the date and time you want the newsletter to be sent.
    • Confirm the PDF file is attached correctly and ready for distribution.
