FxMed Support and Twilio Integration Overview


FxMed Support uses Twilio as our cloud integration messaging partner. 


We integrate with Twilio in two different ways, depending on your account type:


1. Legacy (Pro) and Elite Clients

Integration Type: Sub-account under the FxMed Support master Twilio account.


Process:

You will need to complete a form provided by FxMed Support.FxMed Support will submit this form to Twilio on your behalf.Twilio will then handle the approval and verification of your:

Profile

Subscription

Brand


These elements are directly approved by Twilio. FxMed Support only facilitates the submission of your information to Twilio.


2. Enterprise Clients


Integration Type: Independent Twilio account connected to FxMed Support.Process:


You will need to create your own Twilio account.After creating the account, you’ll receive a team member invite to an email address provided by FxMed Support.The same information (profile, subscription, brand profile) must be submitted to Twilio for approval.Once approved, your independent Twilio account will be connected to the FxMed Support system.
