Twilio Campaign Registration Requirements 09-24-2024

There are two key requirements for the patient registration page of the practice that must be met in order to approve the campaigns:

• Make sure the Contact Preference section is present on the registration page

• There should be a text similar to following that explicitly tells patients to agree receiving SMS under the Contact Information section By providing my phone number, I agree to receive text messages from the business. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
