Please purchase a phone number in the first step.
Set up Messaging Service
First step goto Twilio Dashboard and on the left menu goto Messaging > Services. Now click Create Messaging Service

Add name of the messaging service, select the purpose of the service and click Create Messaging Service button

Now Add Sender Numbers to the messaging service. Click Add Sender

Once you click the button, it'll show a pop-up to add phone numbers to the messaging service. Select the numbers you want to use for SMS and continue
After saving the messaging service or in next step Set up Integration, Add following FxMedSupport webhook url and hit save

Profile Creation
After creating the Messaging service goto Messaging > Regulatory Compliance > Onboarding from left menu.

Here you need to add all legal details of your brand, EIN number, registered address and authorized contact persons details. Once you submit correct details your customer profile will be created. It can take few minutes to 24 hours to get the profile approved.
Brand Creation
Once your profile is approved. You can goto Messaging > Regulatory Compliance > Brands from left menu and click Register a brand button

Once you click the button you’ll see a form like shown below, select the profile you just created in previous step and fill the form according to your business needs.

Campaign Creation
After successfully registering the brand now you need to create a campaign. Goto Messaging > Regulatory Compliance > Campaigns from left menu and click Register a Campaign button

Select Available A2P Campaign use cases according to your business needs. Normally we use Low Volume Mixed or Mixed type based on the Brand type you selected if you’re going to send different kinds of SMS. Please fill in the rest of the form fields like campaign description, sample messages and opt-in language. Check twilio help links associated for more information about each field.
This may take 2 weeks to get reviewed and approved.
FxMedSupport Setup
After creating the campaign, please provide Administrator access to the FxMedSupport team by creating the user for [email protected] and inform them. Now FxMedSupport team will setup the campaign in their system and automatically updates campaign status in their App when campaign is approved or failed
