This guide explains how to manage patient memberships, product access, stats, provider tags, and cart control for your Shopify store from the FXMedSupport widget.
Overview
The Shopify app in FXMedSupport lets you control which patients can see your Shopify products and which products are included in their membership. You can also review product and provider stats, sync provider tags, and manage cart reminders through Cart Control. Everything is done from the FXMedSupport widget in Cerbo.
What It Supports
• Adding or removing specific products from memberships, or adding all products at once
• Product stats by patient, provider, and product, with date filters and CSV export
• Provider stats by provider and product, with date filters and CSV export
• Syncing Main Provider tags to Shopify customers
• Cart reminder tasks and repeat cart fill through Cart Control
Before You Begin
• The email addresses of the patients who should have membership access
• The Shopify product IDs for any products you want to add to or remove from memberships
• Your Shopify products named exactly the same as the matching products in Cerbo

- Add To Entered Product Ids: adds membership only to the products you enter.

Step 5: Review Product Stats

4. Review the results. Each row shows the Patient Name, Provider Name, Product Name, and Count.
5. To download the results, click Export CSV.
