This guide walks you through how to set up the Cerbo & Mindbody bi-directional integration using the FXMedSupport widget.
Overview
The Cerbo & Mindbody integration allows you to sync appointments, clients, rooms, resources, and memberships between Cerbo EHR and the Mindbody scheduling platform. You can configure a one-directional sync (Mindbody → Cerbo only) or a full bi-directional sync (Mindbody ↔ Cerbo). This setup guide covers connecting your Mindbody account, entering credentials, and running the initial sync.
What It Supports
• Bi-directional sync (Mindbody ↔ Cerbo)
• Client sync between both platforms
• Appointment sync between both platforms
• Room and resource mapping
• Program mapping
• Membership-to-tag mapping
• Appointment type mapping in both directions
• Location selection for multi-location practices
Before You Begin
• You need your Mindbody Site ID
• You need a Mindbody Staff Username and Password with full permissions (ability to create/delete users and appointments)
• The FXMedSupport widget must be installed and accessible on your Cerbo screen
• The staff password used for this integration should not be changed, as it will break the sync connection
Step 1: Open the FXMedSupport Widget
1. On the right side of the Cerbo screen, click the FXMedSupport circular icon to open the widget.

Step 2: Navigate to the Cerbo & Mindbody App
2. Scroll to the Scheduling section on the right side.
3. Click Cerbo & Mindbody to open the integration.

ℹ️ The Cerbo & Mindbody app is located under the Scheduling section alongside other scheduling integrations like Zoom Integration, Google Calendar, Portal Scheduler, Acuity, and Outlook Calendar.
Step 3: Open Settings
2. Click the Settings tab to begin configuring the integration.

Step 4: Enable Sync Direction
2. Check the box to enable one-directional sync from Mindbody to Cerbo.
3. If you want a full bi-directional sync, also check the Enable Cerbo To MindBody checkbox.
4. You can enable one or both depending on your practice's needs.
💡 Tip: For most practices, enabling both checkboxes (bi-directional sync) is recommended so that appointments created in either system stay in sync.
Step 5: Enter Your Mindbody Credentials
2. In the Staff Username field, enter the staff username for the Mindbody account.
3. In the Password field, enter the password for the staff account.
⚠️ Warning: The staff account you use must have full permissions to create and delete users and appointments in Mindbody. Do NOT change this staff account's password after setup — changing it will break the sync connection.

Step 6: Save Changes and Select Location
2. Once saved, the Location dropdown will populate with your Mindbody locations.
3. Select the appropriate location from the dropdown.
4. Click Save Changes again to save the location selection.
ℹ️ The Location dropdown only appears after you save valid credentials. If the dropdown does not populate, double-check your Site ID, Username, and Password.
Step 7: Sync Clients and Appointments
2. Click Sync Clients to sync your Mindbody client data to Cerbo.
3. Click Sync Appointments to sync your Mindbody appointment data to Cerbo.
4. Wait for each sync to complete before moving on.
💡 Tip: Run the initial client and appointment sync right after setup to ensure all existing data is pulled into Cerbo. Future syncs will happen automatically based on the integration.
Summary
Click Settings to open the configuration page

Enable Cerbo To MindBody for bi-directional sync
Enter your Mindbody Site ID, Staff Username, and Password
Click Save Changes to save credentials

Troubleshooting
Sync is not working after setup → Verify that you clicked both Sync Clients and Sync Appointments after saving your settings. Also confirm that the staff password has not been changed in Mindbody.
Appointments are not appearing in Cerbo → Ensure the Enable MindBody To Cerbo checkbox is checked. If you need appointments to flow both ways, also check Enable Cerbo To MindBody.
Credentials were saved but integration stopped working → The staff account password was likely changed in Mindbody. Re-enter the new password in the Settings tab and click Save Changes again.
