In this video, I provide a tutorial on how to integrate Twilio SMS into the FXMed Support system for patient communication. I explain the different ways to handle patient communication, including triggering SMS messages, sending one-off messages, and using the automator for bulk messaging. I also demonstrate how to connect with patients, send templates, and view logs of sent messages. While I recommend using the automator for messaging, I show how to use the SMS text messaging feature as a notification system. No action is requested from viewers in this video.
